The Beverly Hills Code Enforcement Officer works under the direction of the Chief Administrative Officer and is responsible for policing violations of city ordinances, junk vehicles, general nuisances and other offensive conditions concerning the public health and welfare. The City of Beverly Hills provides to its citizens quarterly bulk waste collection dates at no cost to the residents. All items must be placed curbside no earlier than three (3) days before a scheduled clean up. Tree branches must be cut into four-foot lengths and bundled, no heavier than one person may lift. There are other restrictions on some items, which may not be placed curbside such as hazardous materials, tires or paint for additional list of restricted items, please contact Code Enforcement at 254-752-2584.
