Occasional garage sales will be permitted where primary use of the property is residential and under the following conditions as:
Must obtain a Garage Sale Permit
The City must collect $10.00 fee
No more than two (2) sales at the same location during any twelve (12) month period. Duration of any sale shall not exceed 3 calendar days
No signs shall be placed on utility poles or street signs. Signs shall contain the name & address of permittee and signs shall be removed within 12 hours following end of sale.
