The purpose of this department is to enforce all ordinances passed and approved by the City Council. If you wish to report an animal running at large, possible abused, neglected or abandoned animals, you may contact the Animal Control Officer.
All animals impounded by Beverly Hills are housed at the City of Waco Animal Control Facility located at 2032 Circle Road, Waco, Texas 76706. You may contact them at 254-754-1454. Fees may be obtained from this office for their services.
Beverly Hills Animal Control officer is on duty weekdays from 7 AM to 4 PM. After hours, citizens should contact the Beverly Hills Police Department at 254-752-2584 ext. 3 for Animal Control emergencies. Emergencies include:
Stray animals and dead animals that are not impeding traffic are not emergencies. After hour Animal Control non-emergency concerns can be left on our answering machine at 254-752-2584 ext. 3.
The City charges a $80.00 fee for all animals picked up by the Animal Control Officer. An additional Handling Fee of $20.00 will be charged if the animal has had a prior impoundment by the City. All City fees must be paid at the Beverly Hills City Hall located at 3418 Memorial Drive, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm before any animal impounded by Beverly Hills may be released.
